I live in a great house and I love my husband for providing this great place for our family, but I think that the master bathroom could use a lot of work. When we first came to look at the house I immediately fell in love with it, but I hated the bathroom. It is too simple to be a master bathroom and I think that it needs to be modernized. There is just one sink and I would love for that to be replaced by a double vanity. I would also like to have a soaking tub installed and a standalone shower stall. I am not sure how much this renovation will cost, but I do know that I would like to start saving up so that we can afford it. Finally Cleaning My House

The other day, I noticed that my house was starting to look, well, really bad. I’ve been living alone for quite some time, which makes it easier, I think, to collect a lot of junk. Of course, this is not a problem that I’m proud of, and I don’t exactly think that I’m going to have an easy time meeting new people with such a dirty home. Picking out our Christmas tree

As a child, I always loved going and picking out our Christmas tree. We’d go try and find a perfect one from the lot in front of the church, then have to tie it up on the roof of the car just to bring it home. One year, we got one that was so big it barely fit in the living room, even with the cathedral ceiling. My dad had to tie it to the railing on the balcony to keep it from falling over! Decorating it was difficult, since nobody could get to the front of the tree near the top. But a few years later, my dad decided that 7 foot artificial Christmas trees were the way to go. It didn’t shed needles all over the carpet, it didn’t die if we forgot to water it, and best of all, and we didn’t have to throw it away at the end of the Christmas season. It’s a much more environmentally friendly option for Christmas decorations, since now we’re not supporting Christmas tree farming or filling landfills with dead trees every year.
