Let It Slip

I am glad that I gave this a try. I almost let it slip. HAHA. This workout is the best. I like it because it keeps me fit.

I saw it at the sports store a few months ago and it was discounted. I was not very familiar with it so I let it pass. While I was at the counter paying for my stuffs, I decided to get it. Now, ever since I started using it, my workouts became more meaningful and sensible. I hate the gym for some reasons and now, I do not even need the gym. I can just workout at home whenever I want and see the most amazing results. This is really good.

Now that I am content with it, I am thinking about pre-ordering the P90X2 workouts. I know that after this, I would need to upgrade. Maybe I really should get it. J

Many P90X fans will question whether or not P90X2 will be harder than the first. According to the official web site, the sequel is not technically harder but it is just as difficult. Graduates of the first program will still need to adapt to the new moves and the use of more equipment. However, the chances of being disappointed are probably slim. Part two can be better described as a continuation of part one. This is why the anticipation of part two is so high. Regular P90X users are ready for more and they are sure to get it with this new version. There are new moves and new equipment. Tony Horton and his crew are still bringing it hard core. The great thing about part two is that unlike part one, you have much more control over the customization of your workouts. This new version is broken down into phases. You can stay in one phase as long as you need to. More challenge and more customization means a great workout.

My mom has been very depressed since my father passed away two years ago and I am trying to find a way to change that. I go and have dinner with her three times a week and a few times I have taken her out to events in the area. I can tell that she really enjoys herself when we go out, but she goes back to her gloomy self whenever we return to her house. I have started to search around for a community center that offers free or low-cost classes for seniors. I figured a sewing, water aerobics, or art class would be something she would enjoy, and it would keep her mind off of all of the negative things she has been dealing with. We talked a bit about the idea the last time we had dinner, and she said to find an available class and we will talk about it again after that.

I know that I had not been in the shape like I should had been, but since I found out that I bought one of the work out machines on the market today, I have been doing a lot better when it comes to my health. I am very happy that I bought the best exercise bike that money can buy from the mall on the other side of town. I know that there were plenty of work out machines there at the mall but knew that this exercise bike that I bought was the best exercise bike there at the mall. I know that I now have the complete confidence and total state of mind to stay in the shape that I have finally been able to get myself into these days. I know that I made a very good choice in buying this work out machine to work out on at home.

I saw my cousin for the first time in nearly a year at our family reunion this summer, and I could not believe his transformation. It isn’t that he was overweight before, but he just wasn’t that fit. He was well within his weight range but he wasn’t toned and I didn’t even know he had muscles. I asked him what happened and he told me that one of his friends convinced him to try Scott Sonnon’s Tacfit Commando Program. I asked him for some more detail and he said that it was patterned after the US Army and wasn’t a traditional workout. I guess that is why he liked it so much since he really isn’t a traditional kind of guy. I was so impressed though that I did a search online when I got home and ordered a copy for myself. I am only into week two of it so far but I cannot believe my own difference already.

Whether you are fortunate enough to belong to a gym or not it does not mean that you don’t have to plan your workout ahead of time. The truth is that if you are a member of a convenient modern gym that you can access near work or near home means that you have access to all the latest machinery that will make your workouts more variable and more interesting. But if you do not belong to a gym it does not mean that you cannot have a regular workout every day or at least three times a week. The definition of a workout from a Sports Science point of view would be achieving 75% of your VO2 Max for at least 20 minutes three times a week. This simply means that you have to take your heart and lungs to 75% of their maximum capacity in order to maintain optimal health. The options, if you don’t belong to a gym, are anything from "power walking" in the park to skipping on your front lawn or in your garage.

If you are going to be doing some workouts, either alone at Gyms or with some friends, then you will want to make sure that you do a variety of workouts. You will not want to do the exact same thing each and every day. If you do that, then you are only working certain muscles, and that is not something that will be beneficial for you as a complete person. You want to make sure that you work a variety of muscle groups so that you can become a well rounded person in terms of fitness. This means that you will want to alternate the type of workouts you do (leg or arm, upper body or lower body), and take a day off between the types of workouts you do so that you can give your body a bit of time to rest and relax. That is the best way to not overwork yourself and injure yourself during a workout.

In the past, I once had a nice body and I maintained it day after day. I stayed on my daily routine, until I was involved in a car crash that severely damaged my book. I thought I would be able to workout like I did in the past ever again. I rehabilitated for over a year until the doctor finally cleared me to be able to work out in a light manner. I could not lift weights or fast run at all. He said I should exercise on an exercise bike. I took his advice by going to the gym where I worked out at before to us an exercise bike. There were too many poeople I had to wait on before I could get my hands on one of the exercise bikes. I decided o check out some exercise bikes for sale. I bought one and brought it home. I am glad I can exercise a little. This is better than not being able to exercise at all.
